some information you may like to know

  • I'm here Monday to Friday by appointment
  • The clinic is lovely but I don't have a waiting room or a receptionist. One day!
  • There are toilet facilities available for the convenience of clients
  • Please wear appropriate clothing for your session - if in doubt please ask
  • Currently I am working elsewhere too - contact by email is best and I will phone you back very quickly
  • Please let me know if you cannot make your appointment - I understand that things happen but I do have a 'cancellation and no-show policy'
  • Payment can be made by cash or card, payable each session
  • Even though there is no parking on site there is parking in town - on road in the town is generally an hour and there are loads of park and pay spaces nearby
  • If I have missed anything - please ask



Cancellation Policy 

Should you need to change your appointment please contact me as soon as you can and I will be happy to rearrange. If there is less than 24 hours notice then you will still be charged 50% of the treatment price, or if you fail to show you will be charged the full price. 

If you are running late for your appointment then just let me know your expected arrival time, but please be advised that your treatment may still have to end at the original time, so your treatment may be shorter to allow for this.
