I'm Kate Green, a Soft Tissue Therapist based in Ledbury. The part of my job I enjoy most is helping people move more comfortably and get back to doing what they love. Whether you're struggling with an injury, persistent stiffness or simply don't feel you're moving as well as you should, I'll work with you to help you move better and enjoy life again.
I help people with neck, back, shoulder and hip problems, sports injuries, and persistent aches, pains and stiffness.
